By accessing the website or using apps in the Aura line, including Aura MultiPost, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
Services are provided by Auranet Informática Ltda. (CNPJ 10.451.848/0001-90), through www.auranet.com.br and Aura desktop applications (MultiPost, PDF, Vídeo Maker, Radio, Security and others).
2. Acceptance
By creating an account, downloading, installing, activating a license or using any feature (including login with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Google or YouTube), you declare that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
3. Description of services
- Institutional and product websites;
- Windows desktop software and related utilities;
- Free and Pro licensing (serial/key);
- Optional integrations with social networks and third-party APIs, including TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API;
- Support according to the plan or contract.
4. Registration and account
You agree to provide true information and keep passwords and license keys confidential. Activity performed with your credentials is your responsibility, except unauthorized use after formal notice of compromise.
5. Software licenses
- Free: use subject to quotas and limits shown in the app or on the product page.
- Pro / paid: use according to the purchased license (e.g. lifetime of the current app line), without irregular transfer of the key.
- Unlawful reverse engineering, unauthorized resale of keys, or use that violates laws or third-party platform policies is prohibited.
- New major versions (e.g. 2.0) may require a new license, according to the commercial policy in force.
6. Publishing on social networks
Apps such as Aura MultiPost publish content only when you authorize and start the action. You declare that you have rights over the material sent and that the content complies with the rules of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other networks. Auranet is not responsible for rejection, blocking or bans applied by the platforms, nor for illegal or offensive content published by users.
7. Availability and updates
We make efforts to keep sites and services available, but maintenance, network failures or unavailability of third-party APIs (TikTok, Meta, Google, etc.) may occur. App updates may be offered periodically; keeping a supported version is recommended.
8. Payments and refunds
Prices, payment methods and cancellation/refund conditions appear on the product page, checkout or contract. Digital products may have specific rules; see also the return policy and the shipping policy.
9. Intellectual property
Auranet trademarks, logos, code, interfaces and materials are protected. A license does not transfer software ownership. Your content (videos, texts, PDFs) remains yours; you grant us only the license needed to operate the service (e.g. transmit the file to the API of the chosen network).
10. Privacy
Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, including login and publishing via TikTok, Meta and Google.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law, Auranet is not liable for lost profits, local data loss caused by the user, or acts of third parties (including social networks and internet providers). Our total liability, when due, is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the event, where applicable.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these Terms, abusive use, default or legal order. You may stop using the services at any time and request account deletion under the LGPD.
13. Law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The venue is the court of the consumer’s domicile when the CDC applies; otherwise, the court of Auranet’s headquarters, unless otherwise required by law.
