1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how Auranet Informática Ltda. (“Auranet”, “we”) collects, uses, stores and shares personal data on www.auranet.com.br, in desktop software (including Aura MultiPost, Aura Vetor, Aura Vídeo Maker, Aura Radio, Aura Security and other Aura apps) and in integrations with third-party platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google and similar).
2. Data we may collect
- Identity and contact: name, email, phone, company, CNPJ/CPF when provided for purchase, support or registration.
- Account and license: license key, plan (Free/Pro), desktop machine identifier and activation status.
- Site and app use: pages visited, technical logs, IP, device/browser type, errors and aggregated usage metrics.
- Payments: billing data processed by payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Social networks (when you authorize login): account identifiers for TikTok / Facebook / Instagram / Google / YouTube, display name, profile photo, linked professional pages and accounts, and access tokens required to publish or manage content on your behalf.
- Content you send for publication: titles, descriptions, captions and media files you choose to publish (processed to complete the requested operation).
3. Purposes
- Provide and improve websites, apps, licenses and support;
- Authenticate and maintain login sessions (including TikTok Login Kit, Facebook Login and Google);
- Publish content to accounts you authorize (e.g. TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube);
- Issue and validate licenses, control Free/Pro quotas and prevent abuse;
- Communicate about orders, security updates and support;
- Comply with legal obligations and defend rights in disputes.
4. Legal basis (LGPD)
We process data based on: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps; legitimate interest (security, product improvement); legal obligation; and, where applicable, consent — especially to connect social accounts and publish on your behalf.
5. TikTok
When you use “Sign in with TikTok” in Aura MultiPost, you authorize TikTok to send us account data according to the permissions you accept on TikTok’s screen. We use that data only to:
- identify and keep the session in the app;
- upload or publish the video you request through TikTok’s official APIs (Login Kit / Content Posting API);
- show your TikTok username in the app.
We do not sell your TikTok data. You may revoke access at any time in TikTok account settings and by disconnecting the account inside Aura MultiPost.
6. Facebook / Instagram (Meta)
When you use “Continue with Facebook” or connect Instagram in Aura MultiPost, you authorize Meta to send us account data according to the permissions you accept. We use that data only to identify the session, list linked Pages / professional Instagram accounts, and publish media you request. We do not sell Meta data. You may revoke access in Facebook Settings → Business integrations.
7. YouTube / Google
When the app requests Google/YouTube login, Google’s policies also apply. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements where applicable.
8. Where data is stored
- Desktop apps: many files and projects stay on your computer.
- Auranet servers / hosting: account, license, website and support communications.
- Third parties: TikTok, Meta, Google, email, hosting and payment providers, only as needed for the function.
9. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share with contracted service providers (hosting, email, payment), with platforms you authorize (TikTok / Meta / Google) and with authorities when legally required.
10. Retention and security
We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above, legal periods and disputes. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (access control, HTTPS, environment segregation). No system is 100% risk-free.
11. Your rights (LGPD)
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion (where applicable), information about sharing and withdrawal of consent. Contact: privacidade@auranet.com.br or suporte@auranet.com.br.
12. Children
Our products are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not target children under 13. If you identify an improper registration, contact us for removal.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. The last revision date is indicated below. Material changes may be communicated on the website or by email when appropriate.
